IPECamera sometimes returns broken frames

Description

Firmware for HZG, 12bit 4MPix mode

Occasionally broken frames are returned. Here is the example:

To reproduce, you can try camera GUI. It seems that the problem starting to occur if grabbing is started and stopped few times. Even after that most frames are OK and you need to wait for a while until broken frame hits.

Still happens after update on 27.03.2015

It seems that changing of exposure time MAY be needed to trigger the problem.
