Description
This is the question I have been asking for the past two months since I started with my little girl the tablet , which has all those Youtube channels specifically designed with babies in mind. They are supposed to help babies develop, improve cognitive skills and progress both mentally and socially. My daughter loves the video. She is always looking at it with her eyes shining, and her laughter ready for her lips. It is fun watching her be entertained. But I am not able to comprehend the commercials. My baby isn't a buyer therefore why are you promoting ads, often not even baby-like, on my child's Youtube channel?
The first thing to note is that babies don't understand commercials. It's a waste of money and an utter waste of resources. They're babies, they don't understand! It's impossible to say they understand, so why do you insist on showing them those ads? Do you think that if a mother, father or other baby care providers are watching, then the ads could help the viewers? It is getting annoying.
Cat videos are exactly the same. These videos are so captivating that my cat has been drawn to these videos. Most of the time, it's bird or mouse, but the point is that my cat is and isn't moving for long... It's like hunting I guess. The videos are constantly interrupted by advertisements. What is their purpose? My cat is not a fan of these videos. Ads are irrelevant to her. Maybe they're hoping I'll be watching those videos together with my cat? While they might be partially accurate, I've noticed that I enjoy watching those videos with my cat more often than I do anything useful.
And so I have found a great solution I've been using lately. It involves downloading Youtube videos directly onto my computer or onto my daughter’s tablet. And then, I'm able to play later. Do you get what I'm talking about? https://willowpoet97.bravejournal.net/post/2022/01/16/My-family-is-a-huge-fan-of-camping,-and-nothing-s-better-than-that.-However,-we-are-equipped-with-technology. This website lets you save video to your computer instead of using Youtube anytime your cat wishes to watch birds. And so now I just double-click the mp4 file on my desktop. It then plays in VLC immediately, without commercials, goes directly to entertaining my kitty.
The same process applies to all the baby videos and video channels. I simply find all the videos my daughter wants to watch, then download the videos from Youtube to my desktop , and then copy them onto her tabled from there. Sometimes, it's just 1 or 2 songs. If the videos are long they are copied to her tablet. But it's easier to use this website directly from my desktop. https://eaglevein19.evenweb.com/section-1/eaglevein19-s-blog/youtube-is-chock-full-of Or maybe that is just me, being old school that I am...
This turned out to be a fantastic method for saving data from mobile devices. This method actually is a great mobile data saver.
I hope you liked my advice and hints for creating a data-rich household. This may sound like a little ridiculous.
