The driver provided on the SiliconSoftware homepage is not working with current systems. The driver with version 3.9.14.4.0.3 does work but is not available anymore. Here you can find

• original tarball​ without patches
• patch for kernel versions 3.2 and 3.4
• patch​ for kernel version 3.8
• DKMS RPM​ (tested with openSUSE 12.2 and 12.3)
• DKMS DEB​ (tested with Ubuntu 12.04)
