pcilib is not linked to ufodecode

Description
For some reason, ldd libpcilib.so does not list libufodecode.so on a Ubuntu 12.04 machine at HZG. My uneducated guess is, that the CMakeLists.txt is broken in a way that things aren't linked together correctly.

It seems OK now. Hopefully, was accidentally resolved with other cmake fixes. Let me know you will experience the problem again.
