pcilib sporadically fails to grab frames

Description
I implemented a simple benchmark tool to measure the effective bandwidth possible with libuca cameras. For this purpose, I take 100 frames three times (at 0.001s exposure time). Unfortunately, pcilib often fails to do so with pcilib: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character. However, this happens sporadically without a clear condition.
I attached a log taken with 10 and 12 bit mode set. The 12 bit mode fails more seldom than the 10 bit mode.

Can you please print the error code not only the message. "Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character" is pretty misleading in this case. Actually, it means that invalid data is received from the camera. It happens with current version of UFO firmware and I hardly can do anything about it.
We probably need to start documenting hardware problems as well. However, we need some structure with versioning first. I have created the ticket #103. Hopefully, we can convince Michele to do provide revision information and use version control.
