ufo.kit.edu may run out of memory

Description

And there is a hundreds of Apache processes running grabbing all the memory (40 MB to 250 MB per process). I guess the problem should be somewhere in the Trac, one of plugins may be getting in the endless loop.

Bunch of Chinese web crawlers blocked from harassing the server.

  1. Apache grows big because of caching of all that Python crap from Trac.
  2. Buggy Chinese web-crawlers causing to start a lot of Apache processes

I set limits to the number of Apache processes and will ban the crawlers as they come. Still, probably some of the Trac plugins may be disabled to reduce memory consumption.
