Handle multiple cameras of the same type

Description
In a typical beamline environment there could be more than one camera attached to the acquisition machine through the same device interface (let's say Ethernet). If we want to export those through the same libuca plugin, we need to
- Probe the devices and see if they are actively available (e.g. powered on)
- Find a way to distinguish the cameras.
For now, this sounds reasonable but I would rather not implement it until it is foreseeable to have it really be used.
