The answer from kit accounts is accepted.

Here is documentation how to configure the KIT SPAM filter. You may add the Trac system in the allowed list:

I have migrated to use KIT SMTP server. Hopefully, this should help. Otherwise, you need to whitelist wwwrun@… as described in http://www.scc.kit.edu/dienste/8325.php

IMHO, "General" is too general as a component and suggests people not to think in which category a certain problem/ticket belongs to. So I'm changing this to infrastructure and will probably remove this component if no one objects.
