Description
Even if you aren't a major admirer of Ferrari's newer models, you have to agree that the Daytona SP3 has a unique appearance. It combines classic styling with the current aerodynamic developments to create the most aerodynamically efficient Ferrari car ever. And it's only feasible because of the supercar's beautiful, old-school looks, as it lacks active aero. https://carovertake.com 's the best-looking car in the Icona range, in our opinion.
If you've previously seen the official press images of the car, you have have a fair sense of how the Daytona SP3 appears from every aspect. https://carovertake.com posted a video of a white example (see associated links below), and now we're excited to discuss an automobile that was recorded on public roads. Varryx saw it and uploaded the video on YouTube?. You can watch it below:
We're a little startled to see the supercar with full-body camouflage, but even without it, it looks rather unique and out of this planet. We don't know what Ferrari is doing with the car right now, but we're guessing it's finalizing the powerplant and chassis. We don't think this is a production sample being tested before delivery, although it's possible.
Ferrari has been tight-lipped on the number of Daytona SP3 vehicles it will build, but we believe the vast majority, if not all, have already been sold. There is no official price for the third Icona member, however some reports indicate the Maranello-based carmaker wants at least $2,250,000 for it.
https://carovertake.com is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine, which is the most powerful Ferrari has ever manufactured for a road-legal car in this form. It takes just 2.86 seconds to accelerate to 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) with 828 horsepower (617 kilowatts) and 514 pound-feet (697 Newton-meters) of torque. The run from 0 to 124 mph (0 to 200 kph) takes 7.4 seconds.
The Bugatti Chiron has demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is a phenomenal performer, finishing the 0-249mph sprint in just 41.96 seconds. A new world record has been set.
To bring a car to those speeds, a steady pair of hands is required. Even the tiniest misjudgment can result in calamity. Juan Pablo Montoya was enlisted by Bugatti. His credentials speak for themselves: three-time winner of the Daytona 24 Hours, two-time winner of the Indy 500, and three-time winner of the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix.
Montoya rocketed the car to 249bhp in less than 42 seconds from a complete stop before slamming on the brakes and coming to a halt. The entire event took place over a space of less than two miles.
The Chiron is an engineering marvel, with an 8-litre W16 engine delivering 1,479bhp and a top speed of over 261mph. The automobile will accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in less than 2.5 seconds, 0 to 124 mph in less than 6.5 seconds, and 0 to 183 mph in a mind-boggling 16.7 seconds.
The acceleration is incredible, but the deceleration is even more so. It takes only 275 meters to reach 186-0 mph.
Last year, the Veyron was replaced by the £1.9 million Bugatti Chiron, which continues the brand's record-breaking reputation.
Only 500 Chirons will be constructed, with 300 already reserved – so get your deposit check in as soon as possible if you want a piece of what will definitely become automotive history.
